Do you have a showroom?
We are an online retailer and do not have a shop or showroom but you are welcome to book a visit to our workshop in Leyland, Lancashire.
Orders can also be collected from the workshop if preferred.
We recommend the following:
3ft - 900mm : 2-4 people
4ft - 1200mm : 4-6 people
5ft - 1500mm : 6 people
6ft - 1800mm : 6-8 people
7ft - 2100mm : 8 people
8ft - 2400mm : 10 people
9ft - 2700mm : 12 people
10ft - 3000mm: 14 people
11ft - 3300mm: 16 people

How do I order?
You can purchase using our online shop or for a bespoke item contact us and we can set up an invoice for you.
As we are a small business and always busy in the workshop we are unable to take orders or payments over the phone.
When do I need to pay, and how can I pay?
Full payment is required to confirm your order and this can be made online by credit/debit card using our secure payment methods.
You can also pay via bank transfer.
How long does it take?
Our usual timescale, once payment is received, is 4-8 weeks but can go up to 10 weeks at busy times.

Movement in Solid Wood
Wood is a natural product that responds to temperature and humidity variations by expanding and contracting. Sometimes these changes may be noticeable in the physical appearance of the product. Wooden products can experience movements and cracks as it adjusts - this is not a fault, but a natural occurrence within the fibres of a natural product. We cannot take responsibility for any major movement on our products if you have it directly next to radiators or in direct sunlight. This is a natural solid wood product- it needs to be looked after and kept at a general room temperature. Any huge amounts of heat, it will cause the timber to shrink, so please be aware!

What are your Returns, Cancellations and Refund policy?
Cancellations
Provided we haven't started your order you can change or cancel your order within 48 hours.
Table production is usually started within 2 days of ordering.
You may notify us of your cancellation by sending us an email to info@banyantreestudio.co.uk quoting your name, address and order number.
Returns
In the unlikely scenario of a table having/developing a fault we will endeavour to repair or replace your table as soon as possible. Alternatively, for serious faults you can opt for a full refund including delivery costs.
As each table is custom made to your specifications we cannot accept returns after delivery unless your table is faulty.
Refunds
So long as you are entitled to cancel we will refund you the balance of the price and any standard delivery costs you paid to us. Refunds will usually be processed within 14 days.
